WHICH ORGANIZATIONS GATHER THE (PERSONAL) INFORMATION?

In addition to the information that delic-music.com collects from general visitors and registered visitors, third parties (such as banks, payment service providers and other affiliated financial institutions to the transaction) can collect data that only apply to a financial transaction. A good example is iDeal, your own bank or a credit card company with a secure environment. PostNL – Parcel service for sending the orders placed.
Puntkoen – Webshop developer, processes orders and mailings.
Google Analytics – Data traffic monitor system and data analysis tool.
Mijndomein – Server hosting.
Processing agreements have been concluded with all these services in accordance with GDPR. This means that clear agreements have been made between delic-music.com and our partners. This means, among other things, that it is legally signed that it is forbidden to sell or leak your information.

ORDER ONLINE

If you make a purchase online, your transaction details are recorded to make the payment in order. We are tax-obliged to keep the details of every purchase for seven years.

To complete an online order we require you to have an account. To create the account there are a number of requirements, such as your home address, place of residence, telephone number and name. This information is used to successfully complete your order and, where necessary, be shared with external service providers such as a package deliverer. This external information will only be shared to complete the purpose of the service. For example, the package deliverer needs your name and address in order to deliver the product. These external service providers may only use your data to perform the relevant services. They are therefore not allowed to use or pass on your data independently. We also keep the information about your purchase in order to be able to answer any questions about the warranty or to resolve any other questions or complaints about the product.

The details of your account are saved until you delete your account. When you do this, all your personal data will be permanently deleted with the exception of the payment data and product data that are still subject to the return policy, guarantee or tax technical obligations.

ONLINE PROFILE

To create an online profile we ask for some of your personal information.

Your name and surname, address, zip code, place of residence, email address and a password of your choice.

Your data will be stored securely in your online profile. This includes your purchase history. In addition, you will receive automatically generated emails about the information from processing such as purchases or information emails about purchases.

Your payment details after a purchase will not be visible. However, the purchase date will be visible with the purchase history.

We will never use your information for purposes other than that you give us permission for. This information is used to successfully complete your order and, where necessary, be shared with external service providers such as a package deliverer or our own newsletter. This external information will only be shared to complete the purpose of the service. For example, the package deliverer needs your name and address in order to deliver the product to you. In your account environment you will find an overview of the information you have filled in and we therefore have yours. If you want an easy overview for your own use or that we need to pass on to a desired party. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A VISITOR TO REMOVE OR DEACTIVATE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIED INFORMATION?

We offer registered visitors and / or customers the possibility to remove or deactivate certain personally identifiable information. However, the visitor and / or registered customer must contact them in order to have all information removed from the database. This is because information is always stored on the database. After contact, we will proceed to the final removal of all personally identifiable information. We will remove this within 4 weeks. An individual who has requested to deactivate the personally identifiable information will be completely removed from the database of the Site.
